      Refund / Exchange Policy

      Returns
      Chauncey's Market has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include a copy of your receipt. Note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
       
      Refunds
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
       
      Exchanges
      If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will gladly exchange it for the same item. (Depending on your address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.) Please email us at info@chaunceysmarket.com to verify stock availability.
